Birthday Dessert

Steam Custard

5 eggs

2 tbsp custard powder

1 tin (375g) condensed milk

500ml milk

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cardamon

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Mix all together

Cook for 45 minutes under steam pressure
