Christmas 2006

We enjoyed the Christmas. Audrey made few mouth-watering sweets and heaps of delicious food.

Here are our photos:

Sweets: Dal sweet, milk-cashew sweet, culculs, and of course, orange cake.

Food: Chicken pudding (baked chicken with fried bread/liver/onion at the side), lamb hyderabaadi, lamb biryani, beef mince cutlets, plain paratha, and salad.

Dessert: Fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, nectarines, bananas, apples, oranges), ice-cream, and sweetened yoghurt.

Birthday Dessert

Steam Custard
by Audrey
5 eggs
2 tbsp custard powder
1 tin (375g) condensed milk
500ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Mix all together
Cook for 45 minutes under steam pressure
